EPC Skipton measures the building energy efficiency by using Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure (RDSAP). This is the Government approved standardised system for a Domestic EPC. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is occasionally referred to as an Energy Efficiency Certificate or EPC Assessment. Our DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) can provide Energy Performance Certificates for existing domestic dwellings only. This includes EPCs for Landlords and EPCs for HIPS. Sadly we are unable to provide Commercial EPCs, Full SAP or Predictive Energy Assessments.

The EPC rental sector introduction came into force in 2008. The Landlord's EPC must be made available to prospective Tenants. A Landlord EPC certificate length is 10 years.
